About the Role

Our Early Childhood Teachers will be responsible for delivering the Queensland kindergarten program. This means you will get to spend more time delivering individualised care with extra one-on-one time to support each child.

Other day-to-day duties may include:

  • Delivering play-based learning programs led by the children
  • Documenting and assessing learning outcomes in line with the curriculum
  • Building relationships with children and families
  • Supporting children during free play and meal times

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and hold a Blue Card/Working With Children check.

Critical to your success in this role will also be the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with young children, families, and the community. You will be experienced in play-based learning programs, with the ability to document and develop your own programs of this nature. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure you can effectively liaise with families while also providing accurate documentation with regard to learning outcomes.
