Welcome to NCC Early Learners Withcott

Just 15 minutes from the centre of Toowoomba at Withcott is an outstanding day care centre with amazing facilities and educational opportunities.

NCC Early Learners Withcott is nestled in a leafy, semi-rural setting at the beginning of the Toowoomba range, with well-kept natural lawns and large verandas for children to play and learn in a peaceful environment.

With expansive outdoor learning spaces surrounded by trees providing shade and a mixture of gardens for flowers, herbs and veggie gardens in our semi-rural setting our early learners have room to learn and grown. Young minds are expanded through developmental programs in specialised learning spaces in cultural programs including music, art and dance.

At NCC Early Learners Withcott we provide full time care with capacity for 59 places each year across five age groups.

  • Infants – six weeks to 15 months
  • Toddlers – 15 months to 24 months
  • Pre-Kindy – 24 months to 36 months
  • Kindy – 36 months to five years

Infants, Toddlers, Pre-Kindy Program: Children may be enrolled for any number of days per week.
Kindy Program: Under the Qld Kindergarten Funding Program, children are required to be enrolled for a minimum of two days per week.

Our day care session times are designed to suit busy lifestyles of Toowoomba families.

NCC Early Learners is open from 7.00am to 6:00pm on weekdays.
Please note: we are closed for two weeks over the Christmas holiday period.

Ensuring our little learners are well cared for and making life for parents a little less busy, all nappies and care products are provided.

StoryPark – Communication Program

We know Mum’s and Dad’s love to stay engaged in their child’s development, at NCC Early Learners we understand this and know it is vitally important to record and communicate learning as it happens. StoryPark is a private environment where educators will provide photos, video and observations to families in a secure application. Parents can give feedback and personalise their child’s learning.

Kindergarten Program

Kindy is a valuable time for children, and our Queensland government approved kindergarten program assists in developing social skills and emotional well-being while building steps in literacy, numeracy and creativity essential for laying the foundations for future learning and preparing every child for school and beyond.

Sustainability

Children at NCC Early Learners Withcott get to experience gardening in our own vegetable garden and gain an appreciation of water sustainability and recycling. We also have centre birds (so children can learn to care for animals and experience their changes.)

At our family-friendly day care centre, you’ll find experienced educators who strive to develop good character, confidence and a love of learning in a Christ-centred environment. We offer numeracy, literacy and stimulating activities like STEAM ( Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths), music and art.

Our Withcott Day Care and Kindergarten program is delivered by centre staff supported by head office executives who are also based at Woombye at Nambour Christian College.

Registration Fee

A registration fee of $100 per child is due when you lodge your enrolment application, which can happen after birth. This fee includes an early learning pack with a backpack, hat, t-shirt, wet clothes bag and drink bottle – everything your child needs for a fun-filled day at NCC Early Learners.

Holiday Discounts

We understand during school holidays, families often plan time together, especially if they have older siblings. NCC Early Learners offers a 25% discount on your gap fees during school holidays for two weeks per year. You need to advise us in writing at least two weeks prior and must be for an entire week at a time (no part weeks). We are closed for two weeks over the Christmas/New Year period, where you are not charged at all.
