Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities based on the individual needs and interests of each child.
- Observe, assess, and record the progress of each child’s development and provide regular feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment and ensure that all children are supervised at all times.
- Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and caregivers, and maintain open communication with them.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other training opportunities to stay current with best practices and regulations.
