SESSION TIMES & FEES

We have 3 age groups –

Waratah – 15 months to 2.5 years
Wattle & Jacaranda – 2.5 years to 3.5 years
Banksia – 3.5 years to 5.5 years
Blue Gum – School Age Care & Vacation Care

We also provide School Age Care and Vacation Care for Primary aged students.

Our session times are designed to suit your lifestyle.
NCC early learners is open from 6:30am to 6:30pm on weekdays.
Please note we are closed for two weeks over the Christmas holiday period.

Daily fees

Current pricing is per child, per day, and includes a delicious, healthy morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Nappies and wipes are also included.

Waratah (under 2.5 years)$95 per day
Wattle & Jacaranda 
(over 2.5 years):  5 days $98 per day, 4 days $99 per day, 3 days $101 per day, 2 days $104 per day, 1 day $114
Banksia: 5 days $94 per day, 4 days $95 per day, 3 days $97 per day, 2 days $100 per day, 1 day $110

Blue Gum
Before School Care $13 (includes breakfast)
After School Care $20 (includes afternoon tea)
Vacation Care $62 per day

Holiday Discounts

We understand during school holidays, families often plan time together especially if they have older siblings.  NCC early learners offers a 50% discount on your gap fees during NCC’s school holidays.  You need to advise us in writing at least two weeks prior and must be for an entire week at a time (no part weeks).  We are closed for two weeks over the Christmas/New Year period, where you are not charged at all.  Please click here for the form.

Registration Fees

A registration fee of $50 per family is due when you lodge your first enrolment application. Following confirmation of a place for your child, a $100 confirmation fee is payable. This fee includes an early learning pack with a backpack, hat, t-shirt, wet clothes bag, sleeping sheets and pillow, drink bottle – everything your child needs for a fun-filled day at NCC early learners.  This confirmation fee also includes the confirmation for your child’s NCC Prep placement, should you apply and be offered a position at NCC, saving families $250 per child.
