Childcare Centre in the Balonne Shire Promoting Learning through Play
At NCC early learners, our focus is on the care and learning of your child in a loving environment with professional educators. A place where family values are upheld and parents are welcomed. For parents looking for childcare centres in Balonne Shire that offer the combination of learning, encouragement and fun, the best start for your child is here.
Giving children a head start in life is now more important than ever. To inspire a love of learning from an early age, our child care centre has developed a special curriculum.
At NCC early learners, the learning is all encompassing with staff nurturing children to inspire, encourage, and learn. Our family friendly day care strives to develop good character and confidence, allowing them the capability to construct their own identities and contribute to their learning for life.
The approach to each child’s learning is personalised to develop each child’s individual gifts and, combined with a literacy based curriculum, children’s intelligence is well prepared for formal schooling from Prep.
With quality day care in St George, NCC early learners accommodates children from six weeks of age and is shaping the lives of our future leaders, giving your child an early advantage in a Christ-centred learning environment.
OUR CHILD CARE CENTRES’
The NCC early learners program is unlike other child care centres in the Balonne Shire. Part of the Nambour Christian College community, our purpose-built early learning centre delivers education in a playful, stimulating environment. Under the guidance of our early learning teachers, your child will take part in a curriculum of exploration and play-based learning that has been developed to bring out each child’s natural abilities.
An inspiring setting designed just for children
The centre is not a school or just a family day care. Every element of the innovative centre has been carefully chosen and arranged to encourage children to explore, create and observe their surroundings. Colours, lights and engaging spaces are all an important part of the educational framework, as is learning through drawing, creative play, stories, negotiation and music.
Incorporated into the design is the use of natural light, large spaces for drama, dance and art and an extensive playground and space to explore.
